MY STORY
How I Discovered my Love for Design
I’ve been working in digital marketing & design since 2006, when I followed my curiosity and changed careers from teaching elementary school to working for an ecommerce startup. It was a scary decision at the time, but I’m so glad I listened to my intuition because I found my true calling!
When my first child was born in 2009, I decided to dip my toes into the wild waters of entrepreneurship and began my own design studio. My initial focus was print design, creating invitations and photo cards for engagements & weddings.
I found that what I really loved most about being an entrepreneur was the marketing side – creating my website, networking, and collaborating with other small businesses, and KS Creative Studio was born!
Today I am so grateful to work with small to medium sized businesses to elevate their online presence through Shopify store design, website design & brand development. It is such a thrill to empower creative, passionate business owners to bring their ideas and mission to the world in away that’s authentic.
